ICA's dietietician Paula Frösell continues to answer the questions posed by the Lidingöloppet community regarding diet preparation for this autumn's challenge.
In this video, Paula describes whether active adults in preparation for TCS Lidingöloppet need other nutrients than children who practice sports, or whether you can let the whole family share the same meals in preparation for the races this fall.
The short answer is that adults and children who practice sports need the same type of food, with some slight differences depending on age, amount of exercise and energy consumption. It is thus possible to offer all family members the same dishes in the time leading up to TCS Lidingöloppet.
Share your nutritional preparations with the rest of the family!
