Rosa Bandet-loppet (The Pink Ribbon Race) wants to inspire to physical activity and to spread knowledge about how the risk for cancer can be decreased by a healthy way of living. The race is the official start of the yearly Pink Ribbon campaign by Swedish organisation Cancerfonden (the Swedish Cancer Society).
All our starting groups are now mixed, i.e. open to both men and women. With the exception of Start group 1A and 1B, which is only open to women. You can choose to run 4 km or 10 km.
SEK 100 of the start fee goes directly to the Swedish Cancer Society when you register, regardless of start group and length.
Rosa Bandet-loppet (The Pink Ribbon Race) is open to all runners aged 11 and up – both women and men. Grab the colleague, friend, daughter, son, mother or father. Combine benefit with fun, and contribute to the Swedish Cancer Society's Pink Ribbon campaign!
You can also choose to participate in the Rosa Bandet loppet@Hemma You contribute the same amount to the Swedish Cancer Society when you register, but you complete your race on your home field. Read more here.

Drink Stations
Make sure to plan what you eat and drink before the race carefully. Drinks will be available at the following places along the course:
- Uddvägen (7 km from the finish line) : sports drinks, water, buns, bananas
- Tyktorp (3 km from the finish line): sports drinks, water, bananas
- Just after the finish line: sports drinks, water, buns, bananas
The Course
The course coincides with the last 10 km of TCS Lidingöloppet 30. You will experience beautiful scenery, hilly terrain and soft tracks.

Run the race in this year's Rosa Bandet-loppet (The Pink Ribbon Race) t-shirt. You order it when you register for the race and pick it up during the TCS Lidingöloppet weekend. It costs SEK 199, of which SEK 50 is donated to the Swedish Cancer Society.
Medal & Diploma
Diploma
You can order a diploma in paper form when you register. Price: SEK 50 incl. postage. All participants receive a diploma in PDF format in the results email, which can also be downloaded free of charge via the results page after the race weekend. As soon as the result list i set you can print your diploma.
TCS Lidingöloppet’s bronze medal is awarded to everyone who completes the race. The medal annually has a unique Carl Milles motif. If you think you ran in silver medal time and start in starting group 2 or lower, you can go to the results tent after the finish at Grönsta. There, your exact competition time is checked and the bronze medal is exchanged for a silver medal if you have passed the time.

Team competition
The winner of the team competition is the club with the best overall time for its three best female participants. The winning teams receive a mortgage in Carl Mille's God's Hand statuette, which was instituted in 2004.
A Swedish Classic
Take on a challenge beyond the ordinary! Within 12 months, you are to complete four different races in four different disciplines. You run, you ski, you cycle and you swim.
You can choose from three different classics: The Swedish Classic, the Half Classic and the Women's Classic. Since the start in 1971, over 100,000 athletes and enthusiasts have conducted one of the Classics.

• Vasaloppet 90 km, Öppet Spår 90 km or Engelbrektsloppet 60 km, in crosscountry skiing.
