TCS Lidingöloppet reaches the best result ever in participant survey!

It is with enormous pride and joy that TCS Lidingöloppet has reviewed this year's participant survey, which shows a new record in how much participants have appreciated the event!

A number of factors may have made participants leave TCS Lidingöloppet 2021 on a high note. Many had been looking forward to the running festivities during the pandemic, and the fantastic weather conditions created unparalelled scenery along the TCS Lidingöloppet course.

Yet, it was especially the human efforts that stood out when this year's participant survey was compiled and TCS Lidingöloppet 2021 reached a new record in customer satisfaction.

The survey was answered by 3,400 of this year's participants and the overall rating of the event of 4.64 (on a scale of 1-5) is the best score ever recorded in the history of the TCS Lidingöloppet. Particularly, as many as 97.9% of the survey respondents have stated that they are either "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with this year's event.

Among the responses, the satisfaction with TCS Lidingöloppet's volunteer workers especially stand out, for example regarding the handling of bags and clothing items (4.74) and the reception in the finish area (4.65), but also the quality of the trails (managed by Lidingö Stad and given a score of 4.82), and the design of this year's medal (4.72).

In a statement, TCS Lidingöloppet's secretary-general Cecilia Gyldén shares her satisfaction with the result:

"This quality indicator can be attributed to so many individuals, especially our volunteer workers who contribute with so much expertise and experience and who create a fantastic atmosphere during the event. I would like to thank them and everyone else who have made this year the most appreciated in TCS Lidingöloppet's history."
