Stadium wishes to help Swedes stay active and therefore launches Stadium Löparveckan (Stadium Running Week) between the 19th and the 25th of April. Your participation is needed to really make a difference.
Löparveckan (the Running Week) means that Stadium wishes to encourage Swedes to run as much as possible in one week. The goal is to inspire at least 15,000 people to tie their running shoes and get out on the trails. When Stadium's goal is reached, they will donate SEK 150,000 to projects which help children and young people in Sweden stay active.
How can one take part?
It is easy. Register in the Twiik app and log all your runs during the week. You can either participate yourself, or involve your entire organization or sports association and compete as a team. Start a running challenge and get your colleagues or friends to run as much as they can during the week.
There will also be an opportunity to run a digital race together with Sverige Springer (Sweden Runs). Do you wish to run in a running group? No problem. Stadium's partner Runacademy has 88 running groups around Sweden which you can join. What do you think, how many people can be activated?
Run for a good cause
The week helps children and young people to stay active. Some will even get the opportunity to participate in Stadium Sports Camp 2022 - Sweden's largest sports and experience camp. Help Stadium make a difference and run in order to allow for more children to take part.
So what are you waiting for?
We start on April 19th. Gather your colleagues and register your account on Twiik. Every participant and every small run counts - fast or slow. All you have to do is go out. Hope to see you on the running trails!
