Health declaration for all runners in the TCS Lidingöloppet
To reduce the risk of accidents during the race, Lidingöloppet sends out a health declaration via e-mail to all participants a few days before the race. The health declaration was developed by the European Society of Cardiologists and is used to support you as a runner in considering whether you have the right conditions to cope with the challenge that TCS Lidingöloppet entails. The purpose is for you as a runner to reflect on your form and health before the race.
