Health declaration for all runners in the TCS Lidingöloppet
To reduce the risk of accidents during the race, Lidingöloppet sends out a health declaration via email to all participants a few days before the race. The health declaration is developed by the European Society of Cardiology and is used to support you as a runner in considering whether you have the right conditions to cope with the challenge that Lidingöloppet entails. The purpose is for you as a runner to reflect on your fitness and health before the race.
TCS Lidingöloppet has doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists who take care of the injuries that runners and visitors may suffer. The command center coordinating this staff on site can be reached at the phone number 08-559 262 09 during TCS Lidingöloppet.
