What attracted you to work for TCS Lidingöloppet?
- I have for long had a desire to work with health-promoting causes. What could then be better than to work for the world's longest cross-country race? I have worked for the organisation before and know the fantastic running-festival and professional colleagues, who create much joy and well-being.
What do you like the most about your new job?
- I have varying assignments thourghout the year - including everything from customer service (both by email and phone) and financing, to being out in the field and meeting participants live when the running weekend is in full swing.
You are also engaged in health-promoting activities in your spare time. What do you do then?
- I have been a personal trainer for seven years and I manage my own training studio at home. I still have regular clients who I see in the early mornings and evenings and who I help to stay in shape. I am also a physical trainer for my daughter's soccer team in Lidingö and an assistant coach for my son's basketball team in Solna.
What is your fondest memory from TCS Lidingöloppet?
- That must be when I finished the 15K event in 2015. The weather conditions were absolutely perfect and I and a group of runners helped out with the pacing over the last few kilometers. We cheered each other on and I felt an immense happiness and euphoria as I ran over the finish line!
Where will you be seen during the TCS Lidingöloppet weekend?
- I will mainly be responsible for the accommodation in schools, for the caravan parking, and for the Kids Zone at Grönsta.
