Important! It is very important that you drink lots of water the day before the race, before the start, and during the race. Do not run faster than your body can handle, and be aware of the course length. Even if you have lots of energy at the start, we recommend that you save some power so that you have something left for the end.

After about 9.5 km the course goes over a railway. It is very important that you follow the official’s instructions. Parts of the course can be wet and slippery if it rains, so beware, particularly on the hills. Competitors take part at their own risk. We recommend that you leave your car at home and don’t drive without first recovering from the run.

As part of your race entry, you agree to your name being included in the start and result lists, including on the internet. Photos that are taken during the competition can be used in adverts and on our homepage. If you don’t agree to this, please contact the Lidingöloppet office on +46 8-765 2615
